Tournament registration will be held on Tuesday evening, October 6th at Clinton G. Martin Park located at 1650 Marcus Avenue (Northeast corner of New Hyde Park Road and Marcus Avenue) in New Hyde Park.
Registration will take place from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
Should you or a team representative be unable to appear on registration night you must contact the appropriate registrar to arrange an alternate method of registration.

A requirement of acceptance is that you must enter your team roster online. If you have not already done so or you need to update your information, log in to your team account at www.soccerscheduler.com/teams and click on the roster tab. Your online roster will be used to expedite your team registration.
All registering teams must produce the following materials at registration.
· 2 copies of your team roster which must be printed from your team page at Soccer Scheduler.
· Player Passes (carded players) or Birth Certificates (non-carded players).
· Any approved guest player forms.
· Notarized Medical Release forms (must be current calendar year).
Please note that food and beverages will be available at all venues.
